Job summary

Southern Illinois Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and ensure accurate documentation. The role includes supervising assistants, rehab techs, and students to deliver quality rehabilitation services.

Applicants must hold an Illinois PT license and a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with preferred experience and a current BLS certification. This is a full-time position located in Illinois facilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Illinois license in Physical Therapy and BLS required.
• Clinical skills in evaluation and plan of care development.
