Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient, full-time float coverage across Pittsburgh-area centers, including Cranberry, Mars, and Seven Fields. The role supports multiple clinic locations with a centralized base, typically within a 30–50 minute commute from base communities.

You’ll join a team dedicated to returning patients to athletics, work, and life, with mentorship, continuing education, generous PTO, and a robust benefits package. New grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state PT license or eligibility to practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete required trainings and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain communication with colleagues, physicians, patients and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Float between centers both North and South of Pittsburgh (Butler, New Castle, Ellwood City, Mercer, South Hills, McMurray, and Jefferson)

Incentives: $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Program

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $68,000 and up, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment program

Full-time Float Physical Therapist position supporting multiple clinic locations throughout the greater Pittsburgh market, both north and south of the city. The ideal candidate will be based in the Cranberry, Mars, or Seven Fields area to provide a centralized location within the coverage region. Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
