Job summary

Rock Valley Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to rotate across Western Illinois/Central Iowa clinics, delivering personalized care in a positive, collaborative setting.

You will evaluate orthopedic and neurologic conditions, build individualized treatment plans, and work with a diverse patient population to optimize outcomes and quality of life.

Rock Valley Physical Therapy is looking for a talented and committed Physical Therapist to rotate between our clinics in the Western Illinois/ Central Iowa region/s. In this position, you’ll deliver high-quality, individualized care that truly makes a difference in patients’ lives while enjoying a positive and upbeat workplace. What you’ll Do:

• Rotate among Rock Valley locations; your assignment will be determined by regional needs (such as patient care demands or maternity leave coverage) and will incorporate your input.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations on a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, pain management, function, and overall quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals and community partners.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented clinical environment.
