Job summary

Rock Valley Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to rotate between clinics in the Western Illinois/Central Iowa region. You will deliver high-quality, individualized care to a diverse patient population and collaborate with a team of experienced practitioners.

Strong communication and analytical thinking are valued, and new graduates are encouraged to apply. A PT license is required, with opportunities to grow professionally within Rock Valley.

Responsibilities

• Rotate among Rock Valley locations as regional needs dictate and provide patient-focused care.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for orthopedic and neurologic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled PT interventions to improve strength, mobility, pain management, and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals.

Rock Valley Physical Therapy is looking for a talented and committed Physical Therapist to rotate between our clinics in the Western Illinois/ Central Iowa region/s. What you’ll Do:

• Rotate among Rock Valley locations; your assignment will be determined by regional needs (such as patient care demands or maternity leave coverage) and will incorporate your input.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations on a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, pain management, function, and overall quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals and community partners.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented clinical environment.
