Encore Northwoods Lodge in Silverdale, WA, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide and direct physical therapy services for short-term SNF residents. You will assess, plan, implement and document treatments under physician orders, aiming to restore function and reduce disability.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy educational program.
• Valid state PT license.
• Ability to interact well with patients, families, physicians, and staff.

Mansioni

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services including assessment, planning, implementation and documentation as ordered by a physician.
• Evaluate and administer PT modalities and treatments to restore function and prevent disability.
• Assist patients to reach maximum performance and learn to live within their capabilities.
• Collaborate with home care personnel in patient care planning.
