Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license.

• Develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals and maximize potential.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and strategies for maintaining gains.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
