Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license — or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New grads welcome; skilled nursing experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per guidelines.
• Help residents regain strength, mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate residents/families.
