Job summary

Marysville Post Acute in Marysville, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will assess residents, create individualized treatment plans, and help improve independence and mobility in a supportive skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active CA Physical Therapist License - or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about making a positive impact in residents' lives.
• Skilled nursing experience is great, but not required.
• New grads welcome to apply.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
