Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.
