Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Lewiston, Idaho seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients upon physician referral. This full-time position offers the chance to work within skilled nursing facilities that deliver long-term care and short-term rehabilitation, supported by an interdisciplinary team.

New grads welcome; CPR required. You will assess and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with PTAs, nurses, and therapists to achieve

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license.
One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
Establish, assess, and modify goals.
Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT/PTA students.
Chart appropriately and timely.
Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
Maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
