Responsibilities

• Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Provides educational information to patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy and rehabilitation therapy.
• Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.
• Administers treatment involving physical agent modalities using equipment and ultrasound machines.
• Plans, prepares, and carries out individualized therapy programs and documents goals and progress.
