Talented Medical Solutions in Panama City, Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time role. The position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, and a compensation range of $39.20–$41.78 per hour for 30 hours per week.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help improve mobility and independence while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Requires DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
• New graduates welcome; compensation aligned with skills and experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and independence.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team.
