Job summary

Enhance Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team in Ohio. This role supports patients under supervision of a PT and helps drive quality care across settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
• PTA holds a current license and/or registration in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.
• Assist PT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab as needed.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes with PT co-signature.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Complete all required documentation per state guidelines.
