Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team in Steubenville, Ohio. The PTA will implement plans, deliver interventions, and document patient progress in a collaborative environment.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), ongoing CE support, and growth opportunities within a supportive clinical team focused on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Ohio PTA license in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve functional goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.
• Accurately document treatments and patient responses.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility techniques.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, state, and federal regulations.
