Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join our collaborative team focused on high-quality care.

We provide flexible schedules, ongoing clinical education, and opportunities for advancement within the Enhance Therapies family. Must hold an active PT license in the state of practice and be dedicated to patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
