Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and compensation of $35.00 to $42.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must haveAssociate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
