Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with compensation of $35.00–$42.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
• ACCEPTANCE requires PTA license and accredited PTA program completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and compliant with regulations.
