Job summary

SustainableHR PEO & Recruiting is seeking Physical Therapists for several opportunities across Iowa, including outpatient, hospital-based rehab, home health, and generalist roles. Positions offer PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules with mentorship and development programs.

New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply; full-time benefits begin at 30 hours per week. Eligible sites feature AI-assisted documentation and evidence-based clinical programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Iowa Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Iowa licensure.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and continued care
• Participate in departmental programs, staff education, and operational activities
• Support the development of new services and clinical programs when applicable
