Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and continued care
• Participate in departmental programs, staff education, and operational activities
• Support the development of new services and clinical programs when applicable

Physical Therapist – Multiple Iowa Locations

Locations: Corning, Creston, Denison, Pocahontas, Spirit Lake, and Storm Lake, Iowa

Schedules: PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities

Compensation: $36–$55 per hour, depending on location and experience

Position Overview

• $39–$45 per hour
