Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred
• Ability to read and implement physician orders and policies

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and Restorative Aides as appropriate.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans with families, physicians, and team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in medical records and ensure compliance.
