Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• CPR certification, if required by licensure.
• Proficient in documenting in electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine physical therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and ensure safe resident care.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans with families and the health team.
