Tender Touch Rehab in Florence, SC is seeking Physical Therapists to join our growing team. You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges, delivering high-quality care to our community.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
• Current PT license/registration in-state.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Develop and implement long- and short-term treatment plans.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment using modalities and modify as indicated.
• Complete all required documentation.
