Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing team. You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations, design and implement treatment plans, and ensure MD orders are in place for all care episodes. We emphasize quality work and community impact in Florence, SC.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a PT degree recognized by the APTA.
• Current PT license/registration in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with goals, frequency and duration.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Administer treatments and adjust modalities while following precautions.
• Complete all required documentation related to care.
