Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a physical therapist to provide therapy and related services to patients, within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, and manage discharge planning and supervision of assistants and Rehab Techs.

This 13-week assignment emphasizes high-quality patient care, collaboration with facilities, and adherence to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy state license.
• Computer literate; proficient in clinical documentation.
• Basic Internet navigation skills.
• Must be within 50 miles radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services to patients.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and supervision of assistants and Rehab Techs.
• Case management responsibilities.
• Maintain professional conduct per Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines.
