We are seeking a fill-in Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient team for 16 weeks, from April until the beginning of August 2025. This role is responsible for conducting initial evaluations and accurately assessing patient conditions to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans through education, coaching, and discharge planning.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate physical, cognitive, psychological, and perceptual status to determine patient capabilities
• Document evaluations, treatments, and care coordination
• Treat a wide range of diagnoses with current therapy techniques
• Educate and counsel patients and families about treatments and safety
• Manage own caseload independently
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Support special projects aligned with the company's mission and values

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of inpatient experience
• Current State Physical Therapist License
• Current CPR certification
