Position Details

We are hiring Fee-for-Service Physical Therapists for Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Nassau, and Suffolk locations.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement individualized treatments addressing skill areas such as fine, gross, and visual motor, sensory and emotional regulation, cognition, etc., as they relate to child and adult occupations.
2. Complete documentation in a timely manner.
3. Educate and train Home Health Aides (HHAs) to ensure carryover of skills addressed in therapy.
4. Follow through with assigned cases/visits. All visits are in-person.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid New York State Professional License.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Additional Abilities

The candidate should have at least one year of acute care or home care experience in their area of specialty. Good organization and communication skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and reliable transportation are required.

Schedules

• After school/day program hours.
• Weekday/weekend availability.

Compensation

Pay Range: $80,000 to $110,000

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 for full-time; prorated for part-time and per-diem.
