Position Overview

This position is located in Fayetteville, AR. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients aged 12 and older with movement limitations due to medical conditions. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, implementing wellness programs, and ensuring documentation complies with UAMS policies and HIPAA standards. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for a 2-year commitment, paid in three installments.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (graduated prior to 2002), or Master's degree (prior to 2016), or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two years of experience in Physical Therapy.
  • Certified MDT and/or OCS.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Additional Skills:
  • Strong background in orthopedic treatment.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret clinical tests.
Additional Information

This position supports treatment plan development for patients in the PACE setting at UAMS and Washington Regional.
