Position Summary

This position is located in Fayetteville, AR. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients aged 12 and older with movement limitations due to medical conditions. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, implementing wellness programs, and ensuring documentation complies with policies and HIPAA standards. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered for a 2-year commitment, paid over three installments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (prior to 2002) OR Master's degree (prior to 2016) OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Physical Therapy
• Certified MDT and/or OCS
• Bilingual skills (Spanish-English)

Skills and Abilities

• Strong background in orthopedic treatment
• Good communication skills
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to conduct and interpret tests

Additional Information

This position supports treatment plan development for patients in the PACE setting at UAMS and Washington Regional.
