Job Summary:

This position is located in Fayetteville, AR. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients aged 12 and older with movement limitations. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (prior to 2002) OR Master's degree (prior to 2016) OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in Physical Therapy.
• Certified MDT and/or OCS.
