The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients aged 12 and older with movement limitations. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, implementing wellness programs, and ensuring documentation complies with policies and HIPAA standards. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered for a 2-year commitment, paid over three installments.
