The Position

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and seeks continued growth in their professional skills. Our therapists evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients suffering from injuries, disabilities, or diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury. This role involves developing treatment plans based on medical referrals and individual patient goals.

  • Base Compensation: $86,500 - $93,000 depending on experience and certifications.
  • Enhanced Compensation: Revenue share model; earning potential up to an additional 20% of base salary.

Clinical Roles & Duties

Summary of Duties:

  • Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
  • Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
  • Monitor and document patient progress; adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other professionals for coordinated care.
  • Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation per clinic and regulatory standards.
  • Comply with federal, state, and professional regulations.
  • Document assessments, plans, procedures, and interactions in the electronic system.
  • Contribute to efficient clinic operations and teamwork.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality with informed consent.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program; current and valid state licensure; CPR/BLS certification.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehab.
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks in a high-stress environment.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
  • Work at a computer for extended periods; keyboard use required.
  • Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and standing.
  • Must be able to work at the IRG clinic and arrange own transportation to work site.
