Job summary

Concord Care Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement therapy programs that restore function and mobility for residents. We offer FT, PT, and PRN positions with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold State of Iowa Physical Therapist License or be eligible to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.

Education
