The ideal candidate is licensed in Kentucky, a graduate of an accredited therapy program, and has prior SNF rehab experience; in-house management support is available to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• Address a variety of diseases and impairments with progressive treatment modalities.
• In-house therapy with local management support.
