Job summary

The MHKY Management Services - Masonic Home in Louisville, KY is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy to improve mobility and function.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families on home exercise programs, and maintain thorough progress records while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and valid state licensure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapy programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Educate patients and families on proper therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and documentation.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
