Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or higher and CAPTE-accredited program.
• Michigan licensure required (or licensure within 30 days of applying).
• CPR certification required (or obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and diagnose movement dysfunction.
• Provide interventions to promote movement, reduce pain, and restore function.
• Document patient care and billing timely per department standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health care professionals for optimal care.
• Mentor staff and participate in education programs.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality per HFHS policies.
