Job summary

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program is required.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mobility and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based PT interventions to promote recovery and reduce pain.
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery expectations, and prevention.
• Encourage home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
• Maintain complete documentation of evaluations, sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
