A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Physical Therapist DPT/SCD to evaluate and treat individuals with mobility issues. The role involves planning and utilizing physical therapy modalities to promote movement and restore function. Candidates must have a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and Texas licensure, along with a commitment to compliance and patient care.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Physical Therapist DPT/SCD (LPT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, educating, and utilizing exercises and physical therapy modalities in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with medical problems, health conditions, or developmental disabilities that limit their mobility or ability to perform functional activities. The therapist also helps prevent conditions related to loss of mobility, promotes movement, reduces pain, restores function, and prevents disability to support healthy and active lifestyles. Some travel may be required between facilities and for various job functions. This summary highlights the primary duties and responsibilities but is not exhaustive.
