Sobe Innovative Rehab in Tampa Bay, FL, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT, PT, or RPT) to provide outpatient therapy in an assisted living community. Join our team to help older adults maintain independence and quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
