Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in an assisted living community in Boynton Beach, FL. This PRN role offers flexible assignments, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to help older adults maintain independence.

Evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and families while maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Florida PT license required; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Formación
