Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in an assisted living community in Plantation, FL. You will help older adults maintain independence and quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

This PRN role offers flexible assignments, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team. Applicants must have a PT degree and an active Florida PT license; new grads encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
