Sobe Innovative Rehab in Dunnellon, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hospice therapy in a home setting. Join our team to help older adults maintain independence and quality of life with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
