Sobe Innovative Rehab in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT, PT, or RPT) to provide hospice therapy in a home/ALF setting on a PRN basis. Flexible assignments allow you to choose time slots that fit your schedule and location.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
