Formación

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current Idaho PT license or eligibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Desire for professional growth and continuing education.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and assess patients using evidence-based clinical examination techniques to develop comprehensive understanding of their conditions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and needs.
• Deliver hands-on, therapeutic interventions using current manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and recovery best practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and organized clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Communicate transparently with patients and healthcare providers regarding progress and recommendations.
