Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to provide direct inpatient care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. You will supervise treatments, assess patients, and create personalized care plans while addressing concerns and guiding progress throughout recovery.

Strong emphasis is placed on building trusting patient relationships and understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support holistic recovery.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience considered.
