Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Florida is seeking a dedicated inpatient physical therapist to deliver direct patient care, supervise assessments, and develop individualized plans.

You will build strong therapeutic relationships, utilize well-equipped facilities, and work in a collaborative team to support recovery and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience acceptable.
