Continuum Rehab Group is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Creve Coeur, MO. We offer a comprehensive compensation package and professional growth opportunities.

You will provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, mentor staff, and contribute to a clinical excellence program designed to support specialty certifications and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and have a valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with licensure requirements.
