Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Texas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our clinician-driven team. We provide in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities and focus on patient recovery and quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation programs.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited university and holds a valid state license. We welcome therapists of all experience levels and offer a stable schedule with compensation in the $55k–$65k range, plus supportive team

Graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid license in the appropriate state.
Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
