Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is hiring licensed physical therapists to join its in-house therapy teams across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. The role offers $65 hourly pay with consistent hours and a commitment to high-quality patient care and rehab programs.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
