Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. The role offers $55-$65 hourly wages with consistent hours and environment focused on patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited university and hold a valid license in the appropriate state. Open to therapists at all experience levels, with opportunities to supervise and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in the appropriate state.
• Experience with skilled therapy services is preferred.
• Familiar with evidence-based practice and rehabilitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel as allowed by licensure.
• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Deliver therapy services to patients in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards.
