Role Description

The Physical Therapist – Concierge Mobile Care role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Boca Raton, FL, providing in‑person services at clients’ homes, workplaces, or community locations. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands‑on physical therapy focused on rehabilitation, pain management, and functional improvement. The Physical Therapist will coordinate care with physicians and other health professionals, educate clients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention, and document all visits in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Additional duties include managing a mobile schedule, maintaining equipment and supplies, and contributing to a positive client experience aligned with the concierge care model.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence‑based practices in a mobile, concierge setting.
• Experience in Rehabilitation, including designing and progressing individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, or sports‑related conditions.
• Demonstrated excellence in Patient Care, with a client‑centered approach, clear communication, and a focus on safety, outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Background in Home Care, including providing services in non‑clinical environments and adapting interventions to home or community settings.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; current and unrestricted Florida PT license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to transport and manage therapy equipment for mobile visits.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with comfort working independently and managing a flexible, mobile schedule.
• Prior concierge, outpatient, sports, or home health experience is beneficial, as well as familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
